Simply Super Software is a UK-based PC software solutions provider. Formed in 1999, we specialise in the provision of anti-malware software for the Microsoft Windows® platform.
The main application currently being developed by our company is the award-winning Trojan Remover. First released in December 1999, Trojan Remover is designed to detect, disable and remove malware from those systems where standard anti-malware programs have been unsuccessful.

General sales enquiries should be sent to:
[email protected]. If you have already registered Trojan Remover, and have a query regarding your order, or have ordered it and are waiting for information, you should contact the registration company FastSpring direct, at questionacharge.com.


If you are reinstalling Trojan Remover and your licence key is over 30 days old, you may need a new key. If so, please email us at [email protected] with your details so we can trace your registration and issue your new key.

File Samples
If you wish to submit file(s) for analysis please send them to
[email protected] with the Subject title: "File For Analysis". You should place the file(s) into a password-protected Zip archive, with the password infected. This will ensure that your mail will not be intercepted by any antivirus scanners.

False Positive Reports
We take every precaution to protect against False Positive detections, but it is still possible for such a false detection to happen. If you believe Trojan Remover has raised a false detection on one or more of your files, please send copies to us at [email protected] as described in File Samples above, but with the Subject title: "False Positive". We will check the file(s) and remove any such false detection in a timely manner.

Note: if you are going to send the file(s) using Yahoo or Google Mail then you should change the file extension of any executable file (e.g. .exe, .com, .bat, .scr) to something else (e.g. .ex0, .ba0) before zipping the files, otherwise your email provider may prevent the files from being sent.

Remember to use the password infected.
