In Windows Explorer you can right-click on a file or directory and select Scan with Trojan Remover. This will start Trojan Remover and scan the selected file, or the contents of the selected directory.

If you wish to disable this functionality start Trojan Remover and select Settings | Scan Settings. Click on Show right-click scan menu in Explorer to turn this option off - the green tick will turn into a red cross to show that the option has been disabled. Click on Show right-click scan menu in Explorer again to turn the option back on again.
